    The hotel is a lovely old trendy boutique nestled in an original style building. It has an absolutely perfect and magnificent location, close to local scenic attractions in Hawkes' Bay, vineyards, and townships of Hastings and Havelock North.

    Everything is lovely, truly enjoyed my time here. The double room overlooks garden and includes a coffeemaker, refrigerators, and glassware. The food is great and the breakfast was delicious. It offers great services. Btw parking is possible onsite.

    The hotel was a great base to explore the beautiful area with wineries nearby. Our double room had views overlooking the paddock, and we could request wake-up service. - the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was stunning. - the Funky Farm Animal Park was only 2 km away, which was a fun attraction. - Overall, our experience was simply lovely.

    Stayed here for 3 nights during a road trip from Auckland to Wellington. Of the six different places we stayed, all four agreed Mangapapa had the best beds - like floating on a cloud, best ambiance - immaculate gardens, best rooms - large, spacious & clean. The service from Emily and her team was exceptional. Mangapapa deserves to be rated six stars.

    Strongly recommend this hotel.
